Each December, the Kiwanis Club of Santa Ana hosts its annual Holiday Gift of Giving at the Target store on South Bristol, bringing holiday joy to students from the Santa Ana Unified School District. 

With Target covering the sales tax and support from the Santa Ana Police Department and California Highway Patrol, students enjoy a special shopping experience—selecting gifts for their families that might otherwise be out of reach. Each child is paired with a Kiwanis member, Target employee, or volunteer for personalized support and encouragement. 

Over the course of two days, more than 100 community volunteers come together to make this event possible. From Santa’s surprise visits to heartfelt moments of generosity, the day is filled with reminders of the power of community and kindness.
